It’s best for very active people and/or above-average weight individuals who need maximum control. It can also suit lighter people with severely low arches and plantar pain, where a firmer device may be required to stabilise the foot.

Is it suitable for everyone?

No. Because it’s very firm, it won’t suit all users - especially those who prefer softer cushioning or only need mild support. Comfort and tolerance matter as much as control.
