Patient Referral
Algeos accepts patient referrals from both private and NHS customers for certain off-the-shelf products including insoles, night splints, walkers, exercise balls, and latex bands.
Completing the online patient referral form is quick and easy and should only take a few minutes. Once you submit the form you will receive an email confirmation for your records. If your patient has supplied an email address, they too will receive a confirmation which they can then use for repeat orders. The referral will remain valid for 12 months.
