“At Algeos, sustainability, responsibility and integrity are fundamental to the way we do business. Our ESG commitments are not separate from our day-to-day operations — they shape how we support our customers, work with our partners, invest in our people and reduce our environmental impact.
Where possible, we encourage every colleague to use our recycling bins as well as minimise the amount of paper we print on. Algeos has installed paperless invoicing through sending emails to customers. Additionally, we have decided to reduce the number of printed catalogues we issue by utilising online digital platforms, where all of our customers can easily access interactive PDF brochures from multiple devices"

As a UK business, we fully support the 2050 Net Zero policy, and have already taken significant steps to minimise our carbon footprint within our supply chain, our operations and our offices.
It is our promise to the environment to continuously improve our energy and plastic usage, to support country-wide targets and to update our company policies to reflect best practice.
- We’ve introduced recycled packaging for all outbound parcels and adopted sustainable materials for our own-brand products. In addition, we’re collaborating with supply partners to drive essential changes towards more sustainable packaging.
- We have produced a carbon reduction plan that we are committed to implementing in order to meet our target of net zero by 2040.
- We are ISO 14001 accredited; the globally recognised verification that we are committed in practice to environmental management.
- We have a growing range of sustainable products available through all of our sales channels.
- We have achieved zero landfill waste for three continuous years, something which we are working hard to continue.
- In order to cut down on commuter emissions, we have put in place a cycle-to-work scheme.
- Together, we’re making a difference. Through fun, meaningful activities and our annual Green Day, we actively engage every team member to play their part in creating a greener future.
