We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're a consumer, here's how our returns policy works:

Your Right to Cancel
If you change your mind about a product you've ordered, you have the legal right to cancel the contract. You can do this within 7 working days from the day after you receive the product. -
Exceptions
Please note that this cancellation right doesn't apply to custom-made or made-to-measure products or partial orders. -
How to Cancel
To cancel, just contact us by sending an email to [email protected] or call our Customer Service Team at 0151 448 1228. -
Refund Process
You'll receive a full refund, including any applicable delivery charges, within 30 calendar days of notifying us of your cancellation. -
Defective Products
If a product is faulty or misdescribed, we'll investigate your claim and provide a full refund, including any return costs. -
Payment Method
We'll refund you through the same payment method you used for your purchase. -
Returning Products
If you decide to return a product, please send it back within 14 days of notifying us. While the product is in your possession, please take reasonable care of it. -
Restocking Fee
Please make sure to follow these guidelines. If the return doesn't meet the specified criteria outside the 30 days we reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee.
