If you change your mind about a product you've ordered, you have the legal right to cancel the contract. You can do this within seven working days from the day after you receive the product.
Please note that this cancellation right doesn't apply to custom-made or made-to-measure products or partial orders.

4. Refund Process
You'll receive a full refund, including any applicable delivery charges, within 30 calendar days of notifying us of your cancellation.
5. Defective Products
If a product is faulty or misdescribed, we'll investigate your claim and provide a full refund, including any return costs.
6. Payment Method
We'll refund you through the same payment method you used for your purchase.
7. Returning Products
If you decide to return a product, please send it back within 14 days of notifying us. While the product is in your possession, please take reasonable care of it.
8. Restocking Fee
Please make sure to follow these guidelines. If the return doesn't meet the specified criteria, we reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee.
