Dermodry Coolmax is a technical fabric that accelerates the process of moisture absorption, keeping skin dry. Manufactured with Coolmax thread, moisture is continuously transferred to the outside and does not return to the skin.

Coolmax fabric is specially engineered to transport perspiration away from the body to the fabric’s surface where it can be quickly evaporated to ensure the skin is always dry. This breathable material enhances thermoregulatory effect providing superior comfort for the wearer.

How it works:

Coolmax Fabric is made from specially designed polyester mix which features an increased surface area. The special four or six channel mix forms a transport system that pulls moisture away from the skin to the outer layer of the fabric and thereby thermoregulates the body by a process called evaporative cooling.
