Thermoshell Hot Top 

The Thermoshell system is the Thermoshell Blue Hot Top and the Moulding Pillow, sold separately.

The Hot Top is a heat resistant pad that can be used as interface when heating and moulding orthotic blanks.

How does the system work

The Heat Moulding system provides a quick, effective way to custom-fit orthotic shells directly to a patient’s feet in clinic. Designed for professional use, the system helps clinicians achieve a more personalised fit without the need for external casting or laboratory processing.

The Hot Top cover acts as a heat-resistant protective barrier between the patient’s foot and the warmed orthotic shell, helping improve comfort and safety during the moulding process.

The moulding pillow supports the arch while helping contour the heated orthotic shell to the natural shape of the foot. This allows the shell to capture key foot contours for a precise, patient-specific fit.
