The DARCO Health Design Classic post-op shoe provides an effective off-loading of the foot after trauma or surgery to promote healing.

Product Description:

• The Classic Post Op Shoe is a lightweight open-toe shoe which has a black, padded, breathable nylon mesh upper.  The TPR sole is firm, provides a stable non-slip grip, and minimises flexure – it is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.  It has two extra-long adjustable straps with D-ring hook and loop secure fastening over the instep; the double-sided hook and loop ends allow straps to be folded inward, preventing them from being caught on clothing or other materials.
• The interior of the shoe can accommodate a circumference of up to 43cm to allow room for bulky dressings or bandages.  It has a padded, non-removable insole for comfort as well as a padded heel collar; it also has an extended heel counter to support the heel and arch and reduce over-pronation.
• This shoe is easy for both patients and clinical staff to remove and replace as required; fitting instructions are included with each shoe.
