Poron Pink Insoles for Bodytonix Post-Op Boot Square Toe Rocker Sole

This post-op boot insole works by adding a layer of soft, shock-absorbing medical PORON 2055 cushioning between the foot and the internal footbed of the boot.

The slow memory foam structure gently conforms under load and returns towards its original shape after use. This helps provide repeated cushioning performance during day-to-day wear.

The 6mm low-profile thickness is intended to improve comfort without making the boot feel overly tight. This is especially important in post-operative footwear where swelling, dressings or bandaging may already reduce available space.

Used with a compatible square-toe rocker sole post-op boot, the insole can help make protected ambulation feel more comfortable while maintaining the boot’s structured support and rocker sole function.

1. Check that the post-op boot is clean, dry and suitable for use.
2. Remove any existing loose insole if replacement is intended, or leave existing boot insole for extra cushioning, provided there is enough room to accommodate any wound dressings, swelling or bandaging without causing pressure, rubbing or restricting circulation. If the boot feels tight or uncomfortable, remove the additional insole.
3. Peel the paper to allow the adhesive side of the insole to be placed  flat inside the boot, ensuring the heel sits fully to the back.
4. Check that the square-toe profile sits neatly within the front of the boot without folding or creasing. Press down gently across the full surface of the insole to ensure the adhesive makes even contact with the boot sole.
5. Place the foot into the boot and fasten the straps as directed for the boot.
6. Stand carefully and check that the foot feels stable, supported and not compressed.
7. Use only as advised by a healthcare professional, particularly after surgery, trauma or wound treatment.

Fit check:

• The insole should lie flat with no raised edges or wrinkles
• The boot should still fasten securely without excessive pressure
• There should be enough space for dressings, bandaging or swelling where present
• Stop use if the insole causes tightness, rubbing, increased pain, numbness or skin irritation

• Use only with compatible post-operative footwear and only where the insole does not compromise fit, stability or prescribed offloading.
• Always follow healthcare professional advice after surgery, fracture, wound care or significant injury.
• Do not use if the insole makes the boot too tight or compresses dressings, bandaging or swollen tissue.
• Check the skin daily for redness, rubbing, blistering, pressure marks or irritation, especially in people with diabetes, neuropathy, poor circulation or reduced sensation. 
• Do not use as a substitute for prescribed offloading, wound care, orthotic treatment or medical assessment.
• Stop use and seek advice if pain increases, swelling worsens, circulation feels restricted or the fit becomes unsuitable.
• Do not drive while wearing a post-operative boot unless medically cleared and legally safe to do so.
