The Bodytonix Post Op Shoe works by providing external protection, stability and controlled offloading for the foot during recovery. The semi-rigid sole helps limit excessive bending through the forefoot, which can reduce strain around sensitive or healing areas.

The reinforced heel counter supports rearfoot stability, while the square open-toe design helps create space for swelling, bandaging and wound care dressings. This is particularly useful where standard footwear is not suitable during the early recovery period.

The breathable nylon mesh and polyester upper supports comfort, while the hook and loop fastening system allows easy adjustment and a secure fit.

1. Open all hook and loop straps fully before fitting.
2. Place the foot into the shoe, ensuring the heel sits securely against the reinforced heel counter.
3. Position the forefoot comfortably within the square open-toe area, allowing suitable space for dressings or swelling.
4. Fasten the straps gradually, starting with a secure but comfortable fit.
5. If the straps are excessively long, they may be cut to a personalised length without compromising fastening security.
6. Stand carefully and check that the sole sits flat on the ground before walking.
