Aortha Flex Prosthetic Plastic Squares
EVA and LDPE Mix
Aortha Flex is a transparent material manufactured from an EVA and LDPE mix (76% LDPE 24% EVA). Due to this EVA content the material is very flexible.
Aortha Flex has excellent tear resistance and can be easily stitched or riveted. Optimum thermoforming temperatures: 80°C.
General features:
- Good thermoformable properties after the heating process.
- Transparent.
- Very flexible.
- No shrinkage.
- Good workability.
Applications:
Body Jackets, Wrist Splints, Spinal Orthoses, Neck Braces, AFOs, AK/BK Liner Sockets
