Aortha Flex is a strong plastic sheet. It is made from 76% Low-Density Polyethylene (LDPE) and 24% Ethylene Vinyl Acetate (EVA). This composition delivers exceptional flexibility, durability, and ease of processing, making it ideal for various orthotic and prosthetic applications.

• Thermoformable: Easily moldable at recommended temperatures between 70°C and 90°C; typical thermoforming temperature is 150°C.
• Transparent Finish: Offers a clear appearance, beneficial for aesthetic and functional assessments.
• Versatile Processing: Can be stitched, riveted, cut, or die-cut to meet specific fabrication requirements.
• Minimal Shrinkage: Ensures dimensional stability during and after processing.
