Product Description
Levabo Turn All® Automatic Lateral Turning System
Automated lateral repositioning for consistent pressure care and reduced manual handling. The Turn All® System transforms a suitable hospital-style medical profiling bed into an automated lateral positioning bed by positioning the system beneath the existing compatible mattress.
Designed for people with limited or no independent mobility who require assisted repositioning. Suitable for compatible healthcare profiling beds with a rising backrest.
WARNING: Turn All® is intended for use with suitable hospital-style healthcare/profiling beds with a removable mattress. Domestic beds and unsuitable non-medical bed frames are not suitable.
IMPORTANT: The manufacturer's user manual must be fully read before installation, operation, cleaning or troubleshooting. Patient suitability and bed and mattress compatibility should be assessed before use.
Overview
Developed by Levabo in Denmark, Turn All® is an Automatic Lateral Turning System (ALTS) designed to support regular repositioning for people who are unable, or have limited ability, to reposition themselves independently.
Positioned beneath a compatible existing mattress, Turn All gently changes the user's lateral position at programmed intervals, helping redistribute sustained pressure while reducing the requirement for repeated manual turning by caregivers.
Easy to use
- Simple installation beneath a compatible existing mattress.
- Automated turning cycles at regular intervals of 30, 60 or 90 minutes.
- Time setting allows selection of how long automated lateral repositioning is required.
- Controlled lateral positioning up to 30°.
- Integrated patented 5° counter wedge.
- CPR function for rapid deflation.
Consistent repositioning, automatically delivered
Regular repositioning is an important part of pressure care for people who cannot effectively change position themselves. Turn All helps make that care easier and more consistent to deliver.
Once installed and programmed, the system provides gentle lateral positional changes automatically at selected intervals throughout the day or night.
Turn All does not remove repositioning – it delivers scheduled repositioning automatically, helping reduce reliance on repeated manual turning.

Turn All FAQ
What is the Turn All System?
Turn All is an Automatic Lateral Turning System designed to provide scheduled lateral repositioning for people with limited or no ability to turn themselves effectively in bed.
The system is positioned beneath a compatible existing mattress on a suitable healthcare profiling bed.
How does Turn All work?
Turn All gently raises alternate sides beneath the mattress to provide controlled lateral positional changes of up to 30°.
The system incorporates a patented 5° counter wedge and automatically repeats positional changes according to the selected turning programme.
What turning intervals are available?
Turn All provides selectable automated turning cycles at 30, 60 or 90-minute intervals.
The programme should be selected according to the individual's agreed care plan and clinical requirements.
What is the main benefit of Turn All?
Turn All enables regular lateral repositioning to be delivered automatically.
For suitable patients, this can reduce reliance on repeated scheduled manual turning, support consistency of care and reduce the physical demands placed on caregivers.
Does Turn All replace repositioning?
Turn All provides repositioning automatically.
Rather than requiring every scheduled positional change to be performed manually, Turn All delivers selected lateral turns according to the programmed regimen.
Patients should continue to be assessed and manually repositioned or assisted whenever clinically required.
How can Turn All support pressure injury prevention?
Turn All provides regular lateral positional changes for people who cannot effectively reposition themselves.
Changing position helps reduce the period for which the same areas of tissue remain continuously loaded and can form part of an individualised pressure injury prevention strategy.
Can Turn All be used for patients with existing pressure injuries?
Turn All may be used as an adjunct to pressure injury management where repositioning forms part of the person's care plan and they have been assessed as suitable for use.
Ongoing skin assessment and clinical monitoring remain important.
Can Turn All be used with an existing mattress?
Yes. Turn All is designed to sit beneath a compatible existing mattress.
It may be used with compatible foam, hybrid, airflow and certain dynamic mattresses. Compatibility of the complete bed, mattress and Turn All configuration should be confirmed before use.
Do I need to replace the existing profiling bed?
Not necessarily. Turn All is designed to integrate with a suitable healthcare or hospital-style profiling bed with a removable mattress.
This allows automated lateral repositioning to be introduced into an existing compatible bed setup.
Is Turn All an alternating-pressure mattress?
No. Turn All is an automatic lateral turning system.
It works by gently changing the patient's lateral position from beneath the existing mattress rather than operating as a conventional alternating-pressure mattress.
Can Turn All reduce manual handling?
Turn All can reduce the requirement for repeated scheduled manual turning for suitable patients by automating planned lateral positional changes.
Caregivers will continue to provide personal care, clinical assessment, manual handling and additional repositioning whenever required.
Can Turn All be used overnight?
Yes, where clinically appropriate. Turn All is designed to provide gentle, quiet automated positional changes and can continue the selected repositioning programme during overnight care.
Is Turn All suitable for care homes?
Yes. Turn All is particularly relevant to care environments supporting people with limited mobility who require regular assisted repositioning.
It may also be used in appropriate hospital, community, rehabilitation, palliative and specialist care settings.
Is Turn All suitable for every patient?
No. Patient suitability should be individually assessed before use.
The manufacturer's indications, contraindications, precautions and Instructions for Use must be followed.
What is the maximum user weight?
The maximum user weight is 225 kg.
How is Turn All cleaned?
The Turn All cover can be washed at temperatures of up to 90°C in accordance with the manufacturer's cleaning and decontamination instructions.
