How to Use - Step-by-Step Guide

Preparation

Ensure that the shoes in which the heel pads will be placed are clean and dry. This helps in maintaining the hygiene and effectiveness of the pads.

Inserting the Heel Pads

Place the heel cushion pads into the back of each shoe, with the gel dot positioned under the heel of the shoe. Make sure the pads are securely in place and do not move around inside the shoe.

Adjusting for Comfort

Put on the shoes and walk around to ensure the heel pads are correctly positioned and comfortable. Adjust the pads as necessary to achieve the best fit and support.

Regular Use
