Podotech Digit Mesh Gel Tubes

The flexible mesh tube surrounds the affected toe or finger while the internal silicone gel provides a soft protective interface between the skin and external pressure.

During walking or movement, the gel helps cushion contact and reduce repeated rubbing against footwear or neighbouring digits. The mineral oil within the gel can also help maintain skin softness and moisture.

The tube can be cut to the required length, allowing protection to be positioned precisely over the area where additional cushioning is needed.

Podotech Digit Mesh Gel Tubes are designed to provide localised protection where a toe or finger is exposed to repeated pressure, friction or rubbing.

The low-profile construction allows the protector to be worn inside most suitable footwear without unnecessary bulk, while the trim-to-size format allows the length to be adapted to the individual digit.

The product provides cushioning and protection but is not intended to correct structural toe or finger alignment.

1. Ensure the skin is clean and dry before application.
2. Select the most appropriate tube diameter for the toe or finger.
3. If required, trim the tube to the desired length using clean scissors.
4. Gently slide the tube over the affected toe or finger.
5. Position the gel-lined section so that it covers the area requiring protection.
6. Check that the tube feels secure but is not tight or restrictive.
7. Wear with socks, footwear or gloves as required.
8. Remove if discomfort, numbness, throbbing or irritation occurs.

Small and Medium: Generally suited to fingers and smaller or average-sized toes.

Large: Generally suited to larger toes, including the big toe, or wider digits.

The tube should fit closely enough to remain in position but should never feel tight, restrictive or painful. If numbness, throbbing or increased discomfort develops, remove the product and reassess the fit.

1. Remove the tube before washing.
2. Hand wash gently using mild soap and water.
3. Rinse thoroughly to remove soap residue.
4. Allow to air dry completely before reuse.
5. Do not use until fully dry.
6. Inspect regularly for tearing, excessive stretching, deterioration or damage and replace when necessary.

• Do not continue use if numbness, throbbing, increased pain, skin irritation or colour changes occur.

• The product is intended to provide cushioning and protection and will not correct structural toe or finger deformity.
• People with diabetes, peripheral neuropathy, reduced sensation, impaired circulation or a history of ulceration should seek professional advice regarding suitability and regularly inspect the skin during use.
