Podotech Gel Insole Full Length

The Podotech Gel Insole Full Length uses multi-density silicone gel to provide cushioning and support beneath the entire foot. Softer gel zones are positioned beneath the heel and forefoot, where higher loads commonly occur during standing and walking.

As the foot contacts the ground, the silicone gel compresses to help absorb impact and distribute pressure across a broader area. The contoured mid-foot section provides longitudinal arch support, while the full-length design creates a cushioned interface from heel to toe.

The full-length construction provides cushioning from the heel through to the forefoot, making it suitable where broader underfoot comfort is preferred rather than targeted heel or mid-foot support alone.

The combination of multi-density gel and longitudinal arch support can provide a more cushioned and supported feel for people who spend extended periods standing or walking.

Persistent, unexplained or worsening foot pain should be assessed by an appropriately qualified healthcare professional such as a podiatrist, physiotherapist or GP.

1. Select the appropriate insole size for your footwear.
2. Remove the existing removable shoe insole or liner where possible.
3. Place the Podotech Gel Insoles inside the footwear with the gel side facing upwards.
4. Push each insole fully back so that the heel sits securely against the rear of the shoe.
5. Ensure the insole lies flat without folding or bunching.
6. Check that the footwear remains comfortable and does not feel excessively tight.
7. If you are not accustomed to supportive insoles, begin with shorter periods of wear and gradually increase use over several days.
8. Discontinue use if persistent discomfort, rubbing, numbness or skin irritation occurs.

Full-length gel insoles require sufficient space inside the footwear. Where possible, remove the existing removable footbed before fitting. The finished fit should feel comfortable and should not create excessive pressure around the toes or sides of the foot.

1. Remove the insoles from the footwear before cleaning.
2. Hand wash using mild soap and water.
3. Rinse thoroughly to remove soap residue.
4. Allow the insoles to air dry completely before reuse.
5. Do not replace inside footwear until fully dry.
6. Inspect periodically for excessive wear, splitting or deterioration and replace when required.

• People with diabetes, peripheral neuropathy, reduced sensation, impaired circulation or a history of foot ulceration should seek professional advice regarding suitability and regularly inspect their feet when introducing new insoles or footwear.
• Insoles should not be used as a substitute for assessment of persistent or unexplained foot pain.
