The applicator fits the FIT Sports Balm 100ml tubes (and tubes with similar threads, diameter 1.2cm) and is completely reusable, great for the environment!

Dosage and how to use

1. Clean the skin with soap and warm water.
2. Make the skin towel dry.
3. Apply FIT sports balm to the skin and gently massage it into the skin until it has been absorbed.
4. Repeat this three to four times a day (morning / afternoon / evening / 1 hour before bedtime).
