
We're hiring a Digital Marketing Manager
Algeos is seeking a commercially driven, hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute its end-to-end digital marketing and ecommerce strategy. This is a pivotal role for a data-led marketer who thrives in B2B and B2C environments, excels at generating measurable results, and is passionate about driving digital transformation through Salesforce and ecommerce excellence.

Job Specific Responsibilities:
Â
- Design and own the full digital marketing strategy with a clear focus on performance, lead generation, lead nurturing, and customer acquisition across B2B whilst offering support for future B2C
- Drive ecommerce strategy and execution via Shopify and Magento, including UX optimisation, CRO, site architecture, and digital merchandising
- Ensure Salesforce is fully leveraged for marketing segmentation, campaign automation, lead management, and performance tracking
- Translate commercial goals into high-performing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns
- Plan, execute, and optimise integrated campaigns across Google Ads, paid social, SEO (SEMrush), email (Salesforce Marketing), and retargeting
- Own the complete campaign lifecycle – from ideation and execution to measurement and optimisation.
- Coordinate content and creative development, ensuring consistency with brand messaging
- Monitor key KPIs including ROI, CAC, CLV, ROAS, CTRs, conversion rates and lead quality
- Drive a data-led approach to continuously improve marketing effectiveness
- Build dashboards and regular performance reports to guide decisions and demonstrate commercial impact
- Develop and execute lead nurturing and customer retention strategies using Salesforce and email marketing tools
- Ensure all marketing activity complies with GDPR, PECR, and best practice in data governance
- Manage customer journeys across email, ecommerce, and site interactions to maximise lifetime value
- Lead content publishing and SEO on WordPress platforms
- Collaborate with ecommerce and web development teams to deliver campaign landing pages, product launches, and performance enhancements
- Partner with product, sales, CX, ecommerce, and IT to align on go-to-market plans and integrated campaigns
- Work closely with the web development team to deliver site improvements that support campaign objectives
- Build and nurture a high-performing digital marketing team
- Manage agency and partner relationships, ensuring delivery against agreed KPIs

Ideal background
Â
You will have a marketing degree or significant work experience with a proven track record as a successful, enthusiastic B2B-focused marketer, with B2C experience as a desirable, with appropriate knowledge of marketing via all modern marketing methods. A strong focus on product marketing within the medical and healthcare industry would be advantageous.

- Degree-level education in Marketing, Digital or business-related discipline
- Minimum 5 GCSEs Grade A-C or equivalent (must include Maths and English)

Knowledge & experience required
Â
- 10+ years of digital marketing experience, with strong expertise in ecommerce and performance-led B2B marketing
- Proven track record of end-to-end campaign design, execution, and optimisation across digital channels
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and Marketing, including campaign automation and segmentation
- Hands-on experience with Shopify, Magento, SEMrush, GA4, Google Ads, and paid social platforms
- Experience in lead generation, nurturing, and conversion within complex B2B environments
- Familiar with GDPR and compliant marketing best practices
- Collaborative team player with exceptional communication skills
- Data Management: Experience in data editing, cleaning, and maintaining accurate
- An understanding of web development, HTML and CSS would be advantageous.
