Delivery costs

We aim to despatch orders received before 3pm the same day by our appointed courier. Please note that this is not a same day dispatch guaranteed service and is subject to stock availablilty.

FREE Mainland UK delivery for orders over £50 ex VAT Excludes capital equipment
Mainland UK delivery for all products excluding capital equipment £4.95
All capital equipment - Mainland UK (exc. apply. P.O.A for Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands, I.O.M) Please call us to obtain a special delivery price
Mainland UK Guaranteed Next day delivery  - order before 12pm (exc. capital equipment) £18.00

 

For delivery of bulky items including furniture outside of mainland UK, and bespoke deliveries where 2 people are required to deliver or install equipment we will need to refer to our courier for a special price. Where a special price for a delivery is quoted, if the order is cancelled as per your Consumer Rights these fees become non- refundable.

Delivery charges are non-refundable – (excluding right to cancel entire order and your statutory rights)

If our couriers attempt 2 deliveries at least and your goods are returned to us undelivered you will be charged for re- delivery.

EU Orders (Outside UK and Ireland)

Orders from the EU will be directed where possible, through appointed distributors. Please contact us for further details. If we cannot serve you through a local distributor, a minimum order value of 600 Euros is applicable.
