How it works

Unlike conventional nail polishes/ varnishes, the new formulation does not dry from the nail surface towards the outside, but from the outer surface towards the nail plate. This is crucial for oxygen permeability.

This also means that the surface dries relatively quickly but the complete hardening takes longer. Therefore, it is recommended to apply the varnish when the nails will no longer be heavily stressed, for example apply in the evening (three 5-minute sessions). 12 hours later, the polish will be completely hardened.

Recommended application

Apply a thin layer of the transparent varnish as a base coat. Let it dry for at least 5 minutes. When dry, apply the desired CarryAir colour varnish. Let it dry for at least 5 minutes. Apply another layer of CarryAir clear varnish and let it completely dry. Note the drying time is relatively long because of the water-based and elastic nature of the varnishes.
