F.I.T is an effective topical muscle rub and oil range designed to provide relief from muscle injuries and encourage fast recovery. Its non oil-based formula means it absorbs quickly into the skin and penetrates deeply without leaving any residue. F.I.T is also a fantastic complementary product to Kinesio Taping, as it can be used as part of pre-tape preparation without compromising adhesion.

Contraindications
Do not apply on broken skin.
Do not apply in combination with other medications such as corticosteroids.
Consult a doctor before using the product on children under 12 years of age.
Storage and shelf-life
At room temperature (15-20 °C). Close the cap properly. Unopened packs, min. shelf-life of 18 months. After opening, F.I.T. Sports balm can be kept for 1 year.
