The range is consists of over 50 products spanning from the smallest of toe separators to a full range of palliative insoles, designed to relieve pressure and absorb shock.

Uniquely, the collection is made from two types of hypoallergenic gels, ensuring total care for the patient.

M-Gel is mineral oil gel which is a thermoplastic elastomer that is 100% medical grade and non-allergenic. M-Gels exude gel in a uniform manner for the entire product life and can also act as a 'carrier' for other various oils, vitamins and additives to enhance the skin. M-Gels do not promote bacterial or fungal growth and are dermatologist tested. M-Gel material easily conforms around the difficult areas of the body such as the elbow and heels and is ideal for treating skin conditions such as dermatitis, dry skin, psoriasis and eczema. M-Gels not only treat the skin surface, but also the underlying layers, helping to improve the appearance of old and new scars. M-Gel features in such products as the ankle protection sleeve and corn pads.

S-Gels are universally recognised and accepted by the medical community as an excellent solution to podiatric cushioning. Silicone is considered to be the traditional-top-of-the-line material for contact with the skin. Silicone gel is extremely durable and hypoallergenic, and is combinable with fabrics and materials. S-Gel features in the wide selection of insoles from the Podotech range.

Each product in the range is sold individually, enabling the practitioner to stock products based on their requirements, preventing overstocking of items which may be used less frequently. The range has innovative features rarely seen with competitors' products. Podotech gel products have a thinner design profile, meaning they can easily fit into any type of shoe. Many of the products from the range are also available with antimicrobial top covers which prevent the foot from sliding in footwear.
