Features & Benefits

- Designed with a flatbed plantar surface that is weight bearing.

- The padded EVA liner is attached in place with hook and loop, helping to keep the foot secure and reduce plantar pressure. The liner is ventilated which promotes air circulation and aids in keeping the lower leg cool and comfortable.
- Contoured strut design provides better support and fit, even with bulky dressings.
- Materials: high-strength polypropylene outer structure, polyester inner fabric, metal rivets, hook and loop nylon fasteners.

Indications for Use
Foot and ankle injuries that require immobilisation, like the following:
- Postoperative immobilisation.
- Ankle Sprains of the lower leg, ankle or foot requiring immobilisation.
- Offloading of MSK ankle or foot injuries like ankle sprains or fractures and Achilles tendon injuries.
- Ankle fractures in a non-weight bearing situation, where crutches are needed.
- Conservative therapy for ankle injuries.
- Superficial tissue injuries of the lower leg.
- Muscle spasticity (patients with spinal cord injury or neuropathies)
Contraindications
- Weight bearing foot fracture management like stress fractures and metatarsal bone fractures.
- High risk foot with plantar ulceration or Charcot neuroarthropathy.
Cautions
- The use of the brace should be supervised by a physician or health care specialist. In case of any abnormal sensation such as tingling, burning or numbness, pain, swelling or skin irritation, discontinue use and seek medical assistance.
- Take care when walking on uneven surfaces. This product is intended for indoor short distance walking, and other devices may be more appropriate for street walking or longer distances if required.
- Patrients with skin lesions or skin sensitivity should wear the product with a wound dressing to cover it, not in direct contact with the liner.
- Do not drive. Use extreme caution when walking on uneven surfaces.
