TL-Silver is a glass composite material used for the manufacture of custom foot orthotics. It offered in two grades to meet a broad range of biomechanical requirements.

Both grades of TL-Silver consist of the same ingredients:

The specific type of glass fiber used: The glass fiber provides strength, stiffness, and durability. It facilitates a thin and light weight composite.

The specific type of acrylic resin used to impregnate the glass fiber, fill the center core, and protect the outer surface.

TL-Silver is produced and sold in dried pre-cut plates with a radius heel, in moisture resistant bags which are ready for fabrication into orthotics. Five standard sizes cover the full range of Orthotic requirements.
