Physioworx therapeutic hand putty is available in 5 colours, each representing a different resistance level.
The therapeutic putty is used for increasing strength in the hand and wrist and is often used in physiotherapy/rehabilitation exercises and can help prevent future hand and wrist problems.
Strengthening the joints, tendons and muscles in the lower to mid arm area will improve your strength performance and significantly help prevent painful long lasting injuries. Used commonly for hand therapy.
The resistance levels of the therapeutic exercise putty are shown below:
- XX Soft = Tan
- X Soft = Yellow
- Soft = Red
- Medium = Green
- Firm = Blue
Physioworx therapeutic hand putty is available in 56g, 113g, 85g and 450g pots.
