A lightweight white cotton cloth with a semi-glaze finish which resists briefly the penetration of adhesives.
Jackonette is often used as a reinforcing material in bookbinding because it provides strength without excessive bulk. In orthotics, Jackonette is used a strong, but lightweight lining for body jackets, belts and orthopaedic strapping.
