Xstal reinforcement panels are the latest in technology for use in orthotic and prosthetic applications. Parts and devices made from thermoplastic sheets, such as polypropylene, are reinforced in strategic locations by thermobonding the Xstal panel to the polypropylene part during the vacuum forming process. The result being a part with increased strength and stiffness, without having to raise the basic sheet thickness.

Grades:
Xstal Alexandra - thin and light grey panel, 1.6mm thick
Xstal Maxwell - light and rigid black panel for strong reinforcement, 2.3mm thick
