nora® soling materials feature excellent walking properties and great durability as well as the well-known high-quality nora® EVA sheets, which have passed the worldwide test as a lifting and inner-shoe material.

nora® Lunasoft - Mini Non Slip EVA

Soling sheet specially developed for orthopaedic constructions. nora® Lunasoft represents the ideal combination of light weight and good abrasion
resistance values.

Applications:

- for sports and leisure shoes
- for flexible street shoes
- for orthopaedic shoes
- for temporary and bathing shoes

Properties:
Low specific weight, flexible, resilient, dimensionally stable, great walking comfort.

Processing notes:
EVA-bonding procedure, contact pressure to be adapted to the flexibility of the material involved, heat mouldable at 120°-170°C.

Fixing by means of neoprene or polychloroprene adhesives.

PVC adhesives are not recommended.

Soling sheet made of expanded rubber. A perfect complement to nora® EVA materials. The colours of the Astro range are harmonised with those of nora® EVA materials.

Astro features a low specific weight is very slip abrasion-resistant and is therefore recommended for use in orthopaedic shoes and for sophisticated shoe repairs.

Soling sheet made of expanded rubber.

Astro Soft is slightly softer (45 Shore A) and, thanks to a density of 0.44 g/cm3, a third lighter than Astro, and therefore better adapted to the requirements and demands imposed by present-day orthopaedic constructions.

The broad spectrum of colours, coupled with nora® EVA materials, provides the basis for the finest orthopaedic construction.

User friendliness was a major focus when creating the Profile 96 Block fine with nora® Logo Design, resulting in a profiled soling sheet which meets the craft's requirements to optimum effect and provides attractive results for repairs and original finishing.

nora® Astral sheet material is made of transparent compact rubber for both sole and heel areas.

Astral is extremely wear-resistant, and is characterised by high elongation values. Great walking comfort is achieved by use of a special resilient compound featuring a hardness of approximately 69 Shore A.

nora® Astral is equally suited for high-quality repairs as well as for outsoles of orthopaedic footwear.

The broad range of profiles and colours makes it possible for this material to be adapted to any type of footwear and to any season of the year.
