Vacupress 620

This professional, high quality machine was designed specifically to press orthotics. Depth enough to press forming material above the ankle. Blister moulding is fully possible thereby giving you the ability to press a shoe upper.

Features:

  • No adjusting required with patent uni-lock system
  • Automatic pressure monitoring
  • Auto timer with shut off
  • 3 section infrared heating element
  • Easy single hand operation
  • Maintenance free pump
  • Low noise

Vacuum Former 350 VP

Heavy duty vacuum bed with hinged lid and rubber diaphragm. Large enough to produce two full length casts. Internal Dimensions: 35cm x 45cm x 8cm.

Additional Components:

  • LM1120 Reinforced polythene tubing
  • LA2300 Replacement Rubber Sheeting (2mm) for 350VP (64cm x 51cm)
  • LA2301 Replacement Rubber Sheeting (2mm) (128cm x 100cm)

  • LM1110 Vacuum Pump - 5.5 seconds draw down (VT4.4 - 4cu.m/hr)
  • LM1112 Vacuum Pump - 2.2 seconds draw down (VT4.8 - 8cu.m/hr)
  • LM1114 Vacuum Pump - 1.8 seconds draw down (VT4.1 - 12cu.m/hr)
