EVALON™ is a acetate soling material commonly used due to its ability to provide maximum air circulation, but with good thermal insulation.

EVALON™ Midsoling

This material is extensively used for economic underfoot cushioning. It can be vacuum formed and provides an inexpensive cushion base for insoles and orthotics built from other materials.

Two densities - medium (A50) and low (A40) - are available in several thicknesses.

EVALON™ Midsoling can be compression moulded, heated and adhered to as standard EVA. This material is extensively used where price is of overriding importance.

Evalon Profile Strips

We offer AA grade material for outsoles in the form of moulded profile (forepart & heel) strips. A wide range of styles is available. Plain sheets are also in permanent stock in thicknesses from 6.0mm to 12.0mm. We are able to stock patterned material to customers' requirements.
