Algeos will be attending the 2008 Leipzig Orthopadie + Reha Technik international trade show for prosthetics, orthotics and rehabilitation this month. The event will be held from 21st of May to 24th of May at the Leipzig Exhibition Centre in Germany.

More than half of approximately 400 exhibitors from 40 countries are expected to be presenting new aids and developments for the first time and more than 60 international professional associates, research and training establishments will be exhibiting in Leipzig.

As the Leipzig Exhibition is considered the marketplace for innovation in this specialist field, it is a great opportunity for us to showcase our widest ever range of pioneering products. We will be presenting our popular evidence based Interpod foot orthoses – a wide selection of pre-fabricated foot orthoses, as well as our new Podotech gel protection and insole range which spans to over 65 products.

15,000 visitors from all over the world are expected to attend this year’s event to take advantage of the specialist conferences offering visitors further professional training at the highest level, with contributions from more than 250 speakers from around the world. Over the four day event, key speakers including doctors, therapists, engineers and technicians will be covering a range of topics including orthopaedic technology, orthopaedic shoe technology, rehabilitation technology, compression therapy, sports medicine, care and general therapy.
