Chairside orthotics
We have developed our ‘1st Phase’ orthotics range, now containing over 40 different insoles ranging from flat-based insoles to pre-form orthoses, to offer practitioners the closest alternative to custom-made devices available on the market today. With additional orthotic components readily available and some manufactured to specification, you the clinician have the ability to adapt pre-forms quickly to suit every individual patient with the minimum of time and cost.
Bespoke material sizes
CAD-CAM has become more and more popular, and is now accepted as an efficient and effective way to design and manufacture custom appliances.
Algeos understand that the raw material requirements for CAD-CAM differ to those from traditional orthopaedic and prosthetic manufacture. We therefore supply EVA, PU,
plastics and other materials in various dimensions and densities which are better suited to this form of manufacture.
Algeos can prepare materials to almost any specification. We have several stock thicknesses and hardenesses available to order immediately. We can also fulfil bespoke orders quickly and with little fuss.
Lamination
Algeos can now laminate sheet materials of your choice, supplied in several thicknesses, sizes and lamination variations to suit your manufacturing requirements. Need something to spec? Poron on EVA? Cambrelle on plastazote? EVA on EVA even? If we don’t already stock it, we can work with you to develop it.
Branding
Imprinting your company logo onto a shoe insole or appliance helps to reinforce your brand and keep your name uppermost in the mind of your clients and customers. We offer a number of different logo imprint methods including embossing, debossing and screen printing.
Machinery service contracts
Do you own a machine purchased from Algeos? If yes, you may be interested to know that Algeos can offer peace of mind with our annual ‘machinery service contracts’. Our Service Contracts will help you maintain the performance and productivity of your Algeos equipment, ensuring you make the most from your capital investment.
Algeos finance options
Through our association with LEASE UK (a specialist medical
leasing company) finance can usually be arranged for any items
of equipment, provided your order is
over £1,000.00 plus VAT.
Fixed monthly payments:
Leasing allows you to acquire the immediate use of all the
equipment you need for your practice, today, at today's prices
and then pay for it out of the very revenue it earns from using it!
There is no capital outlay, no deposit, just a simple fixed monthly
cost for the equipment you have chosen, payable by direct
debit for a predetermined period, usually 3 or 5 years.
So with a fixed cost it is easy to budget for your new equipment!
For example, at the time of printing, an investment in our
equipment of an estimated £3,000 including VAT would cost just
under £100 per month on a three year term, this is only £4.60 per
day, on a five day week. So the revenue from the first foot of the
day would, in fact, pay for your new equipment and this is all
before any tax relief!
Tax relief:
Currently Lease rentals are 100% tax deductible as an operating
expense of your practice, over the selected term.
The above figures are payable monthly in advance by direct
debit, subject to acceptance; they are simply an illustration
and not designed to be a quote under the Consumer Credit Act.
There is usually a small fee payable with the first rental, circa £130
+VAT for arranging the funding, if it goes ahead.
Maintenance is not included in the Lease but Algeos can
provide a separate maintenance contract for you if required.
Applying for finance:
The first thing you need to do is put a list items you would like buy on finance. This can be submitted to us via email (sales@algeos.com), post or fax. We will then pass your details to our leasing partner who can provide you with a full quotation and some repayment options.

If you can’t find a suitable product in our catalogue, please let us know - we may be able to help. Algeos are specialists in sourcing and procurement and can supply materials and components in various designs, sizes, thicknesses and formats, that are not published in our catalogues. There isn’t much we don’t know about or can’t acquire. Just ask us.
