Availability & delivery times
The availability of an item refers to the length of time it takes before
the item is available for us to send to you. For example, if we have
an item in stock it will have 48-hour availability. In other cases,
we may have to order the item from are suppliers or wholesalers and
it may take longer for us to be able to send you your order.
For ‘non-stock’ items such as large equipment, machinery and furniture, we
may have to order the item from our suppliers and it may take longer for us
to be able to send you your order.
Delivery costs
All orders purchased from Algeos.com are charged at varying rates according
to charges from Royal Mail, Parcelforce (UK) or DHL. These charges are based on
weight, size and shipping destination. Delivery charges are non-refundable
unless the entire order is returned, which contains one or more damaged/
faulty item.

Delivery charges for overseas orders and the Republic of Ireland will be
quoted at time of order.
We can not guarantee all orders will be accepted by
A. Algeo Ltd. If this is the case, a full refund will be credited to
the card used for the original purchase or a credit note will be created.
Missing deliveries
In spite of all our efforts, there can sometimes be unforeseen delays
in delivery. It may be worthwhile contacting your local postal sorting
office as it is possible that they have already tried to deliver your
package but were unable to.
If you believe the delivery is severely overdue, please
contact us between at 9am and 5pm Monday-Friday via either telephone

Returns policy
If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase for any reason please
contact us to arrange an exchange or refund. It is our policy to issue
cash/credit refunds for all products returned in perfect condition within
14 days of purchase.
Returns can be arranged by email on sales@algeos.com or by calling us
on 0151 448 1228. (Only return products which have been pre-authorised
by one of our sales staff).
