Description

Flexerciser exercise platform for stretching and exercising the lower leg. Angle setting from 4 - 16 degrees. Use  for post injury of achilles and ankle or just to strengthen calf muscles.

Tightness and weakness may be inherited or acquired. The associated pain and discomfort can result equally from under-use, over-use or injury of tissue. Weakness in muscles and ligaments leaves biomechanical structures vulnerable to fatigue and injury. Controlled stretching and training to improve flexibility, enhance strength and permanently maintain the correction, is a powerful and effective solution.

Simulating normal stress patterns triggers a toughening response by the body, and strength can be enhanced by an appropriate training regime.

Short Achilles tendons and tight calf muscles are one of the most common causes of stress within the walking system. Many lower limb problems feature restricted ankle dorsiflexion as a contributory factor.
