The DBX6 composite shell is the lightest and most durable material available for fabricating foot orthoses. The DBX6 has a preshaped glass, graphite neutral shell cut for easy moulding and is pre-cut for ease of use.

The DBX6 captures morphology of the foot when the vacuum cast moulding method is used (recommended for shaping).

When forming, any mistakes can be easily rectified by reheating the shell (according to DBX6 specified guidelines) and the Elastic Memory™ allows the device to return to its neutral beginning state. The Elastic Memory™ of the DBX6 allows the user to manipulate the device by heating and reheating the device to achieve the desired result.

The blanks are made from an ultra thin material and will fit into most types of footwear.
