PU Blocks
Algeos moulded polyurethane blanks are available in different sizes and density combinations to suit your CAD-CAM requirements, increasing the functionality of the finished orthotic and provide cushioning or support where it is needed most.

Multi-Density Orthotic Blanks
In addition to our single durometer die-cut blanks we can also offer 'dual' and 'tri' durometer blanks for you to take full advantage of the Cad-Cam milling technology. As with a casted device where different hardenesses of materials are used to increase the functionality or give cushioning support, the individual pieces are shaped to offer a wide range of choices for the clinical prescription.
