Algeos Hot Melt Systems provide a continuous film of hot melt adhesive, ideally suited for applications where large, flat surfaces require rapid application of adhesive. Typical applications include insoles, shoe soling and cushioning components for orthotics and prosthetic appliances. Hot Melt adhesives are solvent-free, so fume
extraction requirements are minimal.

Adhesive Spraying System - B309
Algeos Adhesive Spraying Systems are ideal for heavy production, where time is limited and adhesive costs are high.

System includes:
- Pressure tank 10lt (2,6 gallons) with safety valve.
- Balancer for easy handling at all levels.
- NEW spray gun B 309.8 for accurate aiming as well as trouble free, clean and coating of adhesives.
- 2 jet nozzels - one circle jet and one wides jet for broader application.
- All connecting tubes and gauges.
